Method

Nihari masalay ke tamam ke tmam ajza ko grinder main peas lein. Ab aik pateeli mein ghee gram kerein aur is main adak, lehsan ka past bhoon lein, phr gosth aur surkh mirch powder dal kar bhone, namak aur nihari masala bhi shamil karein, zaroori ho to pani ka halka chinta dain aur gosth ko achi tara bhone, iss ke baad nali dal kar iss mein 10 cup pani (water) dalain aur halki aanch par aik ghanta pakne ke liye rakh dain.Maida aur anta chan lain aur iss mein pani (water) mila kar past bana lain, iss ghost main shamil kar dain aur chamcha musalsal calati rahain, phir issay halki aanch par 4 (char ) ghante pakne ke liye rakh dein, phir ghee aur piyaz ka bhaghar dain aur bareek kati huye adrak, hari mirch, hara dhanya aur lemon ke sath pesh karain.
