Neez hafta main aik , du bar muscle stretching bhi karen.

2:-Walking ke elawah jumping jacks (apni jagah per uchalna), apni jagah per kharey kharey  jogging yani ahista dorna , halka wazan uthana , dancing , seerhyan (stairs) charhna aur leg lifting yani tangain ooper uthana aisee exercises hain jo aap ba-asani ghar per hi kar sakti hain.

3:- Exercise ko shuru krnay sa pahla kuch straches jsa kadono paon ko phala na etc krni chaya.

4:-Apne daily routine mein bhi chalne phirne ma izafa karen jaisa ke market ya job  tak paidal jana, lift ke bejay stairs (seerhyan) charhna.

5:- Wo exercise kerin jis sa ap bor na ho or us ma consistanycy ho because kuch days wxercise krna or chor dana kuch ziyada faidaman nhi ha.
